Eligibility for Returns / Refunds

● Items must be returned unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
● The request for return/refund must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item. (You should update this with your actual time window.)
● Custom or “special order” items, or items marked as “Final Sale,” may not be eligible for return or refund (unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part).

How to Request a Return or Refund

● Contact our support team via the contact email provided on our Website, with your order number and reason for the return.
● We will review your request and notify you whether the return is accepted. If accepted, we will provide instructions for returning the item (typically at your own expense, unless we sent the wrong item).
● Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Method & Timing

● Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used when placing the order (e.g. credit card, debit card, payment gateway).
● Please allow up to 3 business days after we receive the returned item for the refund to reflect in your account.

Shipping & Return Costs

● Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless we sent the wrong item, or the return is due to a manufacturing defect on our part.
● We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages on return shipments if a tracking number or proof of shipment is not provided.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (for a different size, color, or style), please contact us. We will aim to accommodate your request, subject to product availability.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny returns, refunds or exchanges if the item is not returned in its original condition, has been used, washed, damaged, or missing original tags/packaging.
